1 AQUEDUCT TURF NOTES $ r -4 Walter J. Salmon was among the visitors of the afternoon. Joe Donoghue returned from Maryland after a brief visit. Danny Kearney will winter several horses at Jamaica and is on the lookout for additional charges. W. T. Anderson stated that he would ship to Columbia, S. C, to winter this season. W. S. Kilmer has sixteen colts and fifteen fillies at Court Manor, which will be introduced to racing next season. They are all home-breds. It was rumored around Aqueduct this morning that James Fitzsimmons may transfer his winter quarters from this track to Belmont Park ,next year. Clarence Buxton will ship Sandy Bill and several other horses to Columbia, S. C, next week for the winter. Starter Cassidy fined jockey G. Walker. 5. for disobedience at, the, post. Jockey A. Bauman was fined 0 by the stewards for pulling up Diaquri in the Harbor Hill last Saturday. "Dolly" Byer left for the J. E. Widener farm, at Philadelphia, and is supervising the unwinding of the jumper Azucar. Steeplechase jockey A. Bauman has signed up with Tim Donohue for the remainder of the season. Bauman is one of the best of the steeplechase riders.
