HARNED STABLE DEPLETED CRETE, 111., Sept. 28. The Harned Brothers stable, of which Asa Harned is trainer, is at the lowest ebb since the Louisville sportsmen entered the thoroughbred sport, having only two members at present. They are Sambo Brown and Vennie H. In all probability this establishment will be reinforced for winter racing, with Miami, Fla., as its destination. Lon Jones, another Louisville turfman, likewise is scantily represented here, he having only three horses to race in his interest. They are the three-year-old Barashkova and the two-year-olds Fair Rochester and Fair Delight. These horses were bred by Jones and .his son, Scoggan, who is associated with him in their ownership. Incidentally, Barashkova and Fair Rochester have won here to date.
