SEVEN RACES DAILY J AT SPORTSMANS PARK i CICERO, 111., Oct. 4. Entries for Mondays opening program of the National Jockey Clubs initial autumn meeting" at the local Sportsmans Park will be accepted Saturday at Lincoln Fields, Hawthorne and Sportsmans Park, according to announcement by Robert Shelley, racing secretary. The enrties will be compiled and released at Lincoln Fields. Preparations for the nineteen-day meeting moved along smoothly today and general manager E. J. OHare will have everything in complete readiness for the opening-next Monday. Under present plans post time for the first race will be 2 oclock daily and the daily offering will comprise only seven events. All of the officials under whose supervision the racing will be run are here and assisting in handling the many preliminary details.
