RED CINDERS raced wide and, always under strong urging, gave improved speed after reaching the final three-sixteenths, where she rapidly worked her way up and, wearing down LITTLE GERTIE, was kept Under pressure. The latter had good speed in the going Jrom the start, quickly increased her advantago after reaching the stretch, but quit badly in the final eighth. KAPOSIA, away slowly and far back for a half mile, closed with a rush on the outside. HIGH COMPLEXION, strongly handled, had speed, but Weakened under pressure. STATELY LADY had no mishaps. RAFFLES CHANCE could not get up. SYRINX quit badly. POLLYS FOLLY, under strong urging the opening quarter, was restrained at the turn and closed well under strong riding, but did not threaten the winner. GREY KITTY began fast, saved ground and weakened in the stretch. SIS AGNES dropped out of it at the turn. SISTER MARY was through after three-eighths. JESSIE DEAR, unable to keep up, lost ground early, swerved to the inside in tha stretch and closed well under pressure. DREAMY BELLE moved up boldly at the turn, but weakened in the stretch. HASTY MAIDEN had speed, but weakened badly. The latter raced sluggishly for three-quarters and, under severe pressure, made up ground on the inside in the stretch. OH DAVE had speed, bore out at the stretch turn and tired in the final drive.
