ROSEN TO BIDE FOR EMANUEL LONDON, England If the stewards of the English Jockey Club give their consent, the Australian lightweight jockey B. Rosen, who is riding successfully in France thla year, will next season ride a3 first jockey for the American sportsman Victor Emanuel, whose horses are trained in England by George Duller. Rosen was astride Totaig when that horse carried Emanuels silks to victory in the Royal Hunt Cup at Ascot, and in the Lingfield Park Stakes. When not engaged for Emanuels horses Rosen expects to ride as lightweight for one of the leading Newmarket stables. j
