RULING AT FAIRMOUNT PARK COLLLNSVLLLE, 111., Oct 4. The stewards at Fairmount Park issued the following today: "For irregularities in the claiming of the horse Chokoloskee by Dave Shaw from H. V. Stevens on October 3, 1932, trainer Danny Jones, owner D. Shaw and the horse Chokoloskee have been indefinitely suspended."
