STANDOUT, partial to the going and away fast, quickly sprinted into an easy lead and, withstanding challenges from ELECTRIC GAFF, drew out easily. ELECTRIC GAFF, dose up from the start, was held safe after challenging midway of the last turn. FLUFFY LEE began tiring after three-quarters. IMPROMPTU, away in the first flight, was unable to menace the first two. INDIANOLE was outrun. This race was run during a heavy fog.
