EXCEPTIONALLY LOW PRICES LOUISVILLE, Ky., May 16— A pony brought the top price of 25 at a sale of horses held in Churchill Downs at noon today. Consigned by J. H. Moody, the grey pony was knocked down to C. H. Knebel-kamp. Ridiculously low prices were received for the offerings. Following is a summary: Property of Jersey Stable, Pure Pact, 0, W.
