1 RIVERSIDE TURF NOTES J , 9 An application for ten stalls was received from Mose Goldblatt, who plans shipping eight head of horses in charge of H. Neusteter. E. E. Major wired that he was shipping Bill Orange, Beauty Bride, Sammy Tuck, Elizabeth S., Nondaga, and Major Gomez from Aurora, Monday. John Marsch, well known Chicago patron has applied for accommodations for Altena, Four Spot, Brimfield, Prince Macaw, Sure Pop, Grantor, and Camp Boss. Probably the largest stable that will campaign here is the H. C. Rumage consignment headed by the good sprinter Von Sion. Others that Rumage will ship here are, Preferred, a consistent winner at Chicago, Starboard Light, Winifred Ann, Rubridge, Cynara, Miss Hutcheson, Princess Zelda, Mueller, Leeward, Shasta Charm. Finnath, Morocco, More Space, and Silk Gown. J. K. Daugherty plans shipping Abe Furst, Pana Franka, Santerno, and Pattys Doll here, at the conclusion of the Churchill Downs meeting. W. S. Carr, wired from Louisville, that he will be here next week with I Prevail, Miss Mary Lou, Banzor and Tough Hombre. A. J. Pershall sends word that his stable, which is now resting at Fairmount Park will leave that point next week. Pershalls stable is headed by the good sprinter Malolo. Others that Pershall will bring are Brown Polly, Judge Dixon, Grand Champion, China Bird, Distress Signal and Surly. Nugent Brothers plan on shipping Thomas Seth, Bearcry, Little Toots, Monde, Lee Stone and Lucky Pal. R. Scoville wired that he would bring the apprentice L. Hendricks here with him. He will bring two horses Ed. Reese, and Joan G. Word was received from Sam Gorbet, that he would ship his large stable here at the end of the Sportsmans Park meeting. Gorbet has Chiefs Camille, Port o Play, Shoot, Hoops, Valley, Amsterdam, Arcadian Flag, Phantom Rock Sun Manor, Gan Lee, John Greener, Dr. Jillson, King Cherokee, Judge Bartlett, Tombereau and Marsala. «
