The latter saved ground on the turns and held on well. STORMY DAWN was blocked early and could not come through. THE HEATHEN quit after chasing the early pace. The latter, rushed into command and rated along, showed speed and held on well. YOUNG JOHN raced forwardlv from the start and had no mishaps. THE CRANE came again. ANNA V. L. had no mishaps. CANE HEART quit.
