FIRE OF INCENDIARY ORIGIN LATONIA, Ky., May 24. The fire which destroyed thirty stalls and eight rooms in barn F, together with a large supply of feed, hay and straw at the Latonia race track late yesterday, now takes on the aspects of incendiarism. According to a statement made by Edgar Rhodes, a negro employed at the kitchen for stable hands, who turned in the alarm at the Latonia oil refinery, which adjoins the track, he saw a man running from the stalls where the fire started, gives new impetus to solving the origin of the blaze. When the firemen arrived the barn was in flames and threatened to spread to the nearby oil refinerys oil tanks, but the fire brigade centered their efforts to prevent this and it was accomplished.
