LADY MENIFEE, under restraint for three-eighths, drew away slowly on the stretch turn, but bore out badly while holding on fairly well. CHU CHU, away slowly, improved her position and finished fastest. SHOOT could not reach the leaders when urged, LONGUS began very slowly. POLYPHOTE was done after half a mile.
