. ELECT CANADIAN OFFICIALS TORONTO, Ont., May 24. At a meeting of the Canadian Thoroughbred Breeders Association held Tuesday night the following officers were elected for the ensuing year: President, John E. Smallman; vice-president, Ryland H. New; treasurer, Wilfred Davies; secretary, W. W. Ferguson; racing committee, Hugh S- Wilson, chairman; W. G. Campbell, Frank Gilpin and Dr. .D. Kjng.-smith; breeding committee, George Hardy, chairman; Ryland H. New, Frederick Harris and Wilfred Davies; legislative committee, H. C. Hatch, W. B. Cleland and J. C. Fletcher.
