FINAL DETROIT BOOKS ISSUED DETROIT Mich June 19 The fourth and final issue of the books of conditions for the spring meeting of the Detroit Rac ¬ ing Association were distributed among the horsemen today The book runs through July 3 but does not carry conditions for Monday July 2 This day has been set aside as a charity day and the proceeds will go to the American Legion The state has waived its tax for that day and the Legion is already making arrangements to have a banner crowd present for the sport
