SWOPE TO PRESENT TROPHY ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, 111., July 10.— Herbert Bayard Swope, chairman of the New York State Racing Commission, is coming here Saturday from New York with Alfred Gwynne Vanderbilt, owner of Discovery, in the latters private car and will present the trophy to the winning owner of the Classic. The trophy is a handsome antique made in England more than a hundred years ago.
