Semester was claimed out of the sixth race r Tuesday at Fort Erie by the Erindale Stable for ,500. Grand Acre was claimed by Mildred J. White for ,000 at Rockingham Tuesday. H. D. Hekkema claimed Lucky Racket out of the fourth race at Mt. Royal Tuesday for 00. T. Boyd claimed Chips from J. E. Small-man at Fort Erie for ,000. Five horses changed hands via the claiming route at Empire City Monday. They were Palasa to W. A. Rosen for ,200, Blind Praise to Mrs. H. Ughetta for ,000, Bird Lore to the B. B.
