AYSTON, away fast, shook off PANA FRANKA in the first three-quarters and won with speed to spare. FANA FRANKA, away fast and closest to the winner throughout, held on well. DISTRIBUTE, outrun early, closed a big gap. CONVENTIONAL raced well and had no mishaps. SERENABIT tired. LERACK, close up early, raced very wide near the stretch and finished on the outside. MAYVITE, saved early, closed gamely in the final quarter. PORTFOLIO, slow to get going, was outpaced early and was unable to reach the leaders. OPEN SPACES was never a factor. KARONITE raced closest to the winner to the stretch, where he began to tire. BEDIGHT had speed from the start, withstood MOANE KEALA, but was unable to hold the winner. MOANE KEALA, saved early, challenged gamely in the closing five sixteenths and fought it out gamely.
