LENOX STUD DISSOLVED ALBANY, N. T., July 12.— The Lenox Stud, Inc., of New York City, today filed with Secretary of State Edward J. FJynn a certificate of voluntary dissolution. The company was incorporated February 21, 1929, having a stated capitalization of 500 shares of stock. It was authorized to purchase, breed and train thoroughbred horses. The principal shareholders were: J. Harold Merrick, George Adams, Ellis and Donald A. Powers, 39 Broadway, New York City. The articles of dissolution were filed by Attorneys Clark, Can- and Ellis, 120 Broadway, New York City.
