VALENTINES PUBLIC STABLE LEXINGTON, Ky., July 12.— Charles R. Valentine, who trained Wise Bessa, winner of the Clipsetta Stakes at Latonias recent meeting, has returned to Lexington and has opened his stable at the Kentucky Association track to train yearlings publicly. He turned Wise Bessa over to Tom B. Young, and she has gone to Detroit along with Fiji and others in that string. He sold Hepseys Beau to Frank P. Letellier, who took him to Louisville to rest awhile. Roll Home, Leo B. and Lakar, property of Dr. John S. McGinnis, Lexington, he sent to Bainbridge Park, Cleveland, in charge of William B. Meehan. He brought Double Grade to Lexington and intends to send him to Coney Island with the two-year-old filly Good Return, which has been runing out and which he has just taken up.
