WYNEKOOP APPEAL READY Attorneys ?or Dr. Alice Wynekoop have completed plans to carry their fight for a new trial to the United States Supreme Court. The State Supreme Court has upheld her conviction. The issue raised is whether the aged doctor was deprived of her liberty without due process of law, by reason that the famous "statement" claimed to be a confession by the prosecution was, the defense asserts, obtained under duress.
