1 ARLINGTON DOWNS NOTES S : g Mr. West will be escorted to Arlington Downs by a group of Fort Worth Junior Chamber of Commerce representatives and will witness the running of the fourth race from the judges stand as the guest of E. Paul and Guy L. Waggoner. The J. A. Blackwell stable, in charge of E. Tiller and comprising Get Along, Sleep Along, Lady DeVer, Our Ethel, Gracie B., Royal Air, Keltner, Friend Fred, Elania and Dr. Joe unloaded here late Friday. F. B. Smith arrived at Fair Park with Bon Champ, Mica Rock, Jerry Keystone, Runanwin, Elegy and Crystal Flyer. They are the. property of Mrs. H. G. Hyde. P. V. Liggett unloaded A. Muckers Lim-bus at Fair Park. The plater was shipped from Tropical Park. Jockey L. Colvin had his first mount of the meeting on Pat C. in the third race. Westys Fox, the six-year-old son of Westy Hogan and Candy Fox, which B. H. Mc-Aneely claimed here several days ago, will be retired to the stud. He will be shipped to the McAneely ranch near Midland, Texas, where he will be bred to the twelve brocd mares McAneely has quartered there. Morris Cohen, Memphis sportsman, whose Col. Hatfield carried his colors to victory in the renewal of the 1933 Louisiana Derby, is a visitor.
