S. W. LABR0T SALE ON MAY 17 Twenty-Nine Horses Owned by Estate of Maryland Turfman to Be Disposed of at Auction. LEXINGTON, Ky April 6 It has been arranged that twenty-nine horses in training, property of the estate of Sylvester Labrot, the late master e-f Hollybeach Farm, Annapolis, Md. are to be sold at public auction under auspices of the Fasig-Tipton Company in the paddock at Belmont Park on .Friday, May 17. This arrangement was definitely concluded by E. J. Tranter, president of the Fasig-Tipton Company while in Lexington this week, and from him the appended list of the horses was secured. It was Mr. Labrots wish, expresed in a letter to Mrs. Labrot attached to his will, that the breeding establishment should be carried on, and he suggested that no horses be trained to race under colors of his sons, either or both of them until after five years. Accordingly this is to be the first sale. It has been determined that the yearlings will be broken and trained through the winter and likewise sold in the spring of 1936. It will be noted that twelve of the twenty-nine in this list of horses in training are by Sir Greysteel and that five of thai number are fillies. The daughters of Sir Grey-steel should be quite in demand for the breeding paddock after racing. The list is as follows: Stainforth, Kings Pleasure, Flashing Steel, Office Boy, Wrought Iron, Cavalryman, Militiaman. Staff Officer, Mad Mahdi, Galloping On, Iron Bound, Aswan, Light Heeled, Steel Dust, Royal Hobo, Pyrites, Uganda, Creme de Menthe, Iron Ore, Cadzie, Waterman, War "Vessel, Bull Market, Little Dinah, Toolbox, Sir Kendal, Peeper, Happy Tom and Greyglade.
