KILLER FREED BY LORDS LONDON, England, April 6 The House of Lords, functioning in the capacity of the supreme court of the land Friday, voted to free Reginald Woolmington, 21 years of age, who killed his 17 year old wife with a sawed-off shotgun. The peers sustained the decision handed down by the Court of Criminal Appeal, which decreed that the killing was unintentional. Woolmington had been sentenced to hang by a lower court.
