INCOME TAX RECEIPTS UP WASHINGTON, D. C, April 6. The Bureau of Internal Revenue has reported an increase of 39.7 per cent in income tax collections for the month of March over the same month a year ago. The total collections amounted to 21,726,348 as compared with 30,348,089 for the same period last year. An increase of more than 70 per cent was reported in thirteen districts, Florida leading with a gain of 102 per cent.
