FARM AID PLAN READY WASHINGTON, D. C, April 23. Secretary of the Interior Ickes announced Monday that the subsistence homesteads project near West Frankfort, 111., is rapidly getting under way. A total of 230 acres have been purchased and Ickes stated that 200 can be accommodated. House construction will start this summer.
