TEXAS HANDICAP WEIGHTS DALLAS, Texas, April 23. Marooned, Leo J. Marks good sprinter, was assigned top weight of 120 pounds for the State Fair of Texas Handicap that will feature the opening of the Fair Park meeting Thursday. Mrs. Raymond Pollards Dallas-owned Onrush comes next with 111 pounds and Ima Count and Indian Salute next with 110 each. The weights scale down to ninety-four pounds, the minimum assignment allotted Overshoes and High Hand H. The dash, which carries ,500 in added money, will be decided over the George Course of 165 feet less than five furlongs. The weights, as assigned by racing secretary and handicapper Julius Reeder, follow: Joe Flores, 107; Hilise, 101; Jesting, 104; Croon, 107; Cant Remember, 106; Hasty Glance, 104; Rapid Bells, 101; Chinese Empress, 108; Overshoes, 94; Marmara, 99; Marooned, 120; Marson, 98; Snorky, 98; Fickle Chance, 104; Onrush, 111; Chiefs Pride, 98; Lord Tournament, .104; Ima Count, 110; Indian Salute, 110; Wise Anne, 104; Bedight, 102; High Hand IL, 94.
