MY PROSPERO, easily best, took command from the beginning and won as her rider pleased. RODANIA, well placed in the early running, came again and outfinished CROSSKIN nearing the finish. The latter moved up on the inside in the stretch, but tired. STRAIGHT PLAY tired in the final eighth. ROYAL BRIGADE and CRACKER DANCE broke slowly and both were pulled up. ABE FURST, away fast and well handled, was hustled into a good lead in the first quarter and, shaking off CRYSTAL FLYER, had to be hustled in the stretch to hold OXFORD LAD safe. The latter moved up gamely on the outside arid finished well. BELLE MYSTERY, forced wide, throughout, closed well and out-finished CRYSTAL FLYER. MYSTERIOUS NELL was closest to the winner all the way, made a game bid on the stretch turn, then tired. LOCKET made up ground steadily and finished gamely. NOBLE SIR raced evenly.
