t s t i t 1 j WkRENS ME REMITTED -HIS HORSES DISAPPEAR --...4 x AURORA, 111., May 21. The fine of 0 imposed upon M. R. Warren for failing to have the horse Nonpartisan in the paddock for his race on May 18 was remitted. The horse Nonpartisan and hi3 stable companions Governor Fitz, Donald A. and Brisky K. were taken by parties unknown early Saturday morning and shipped to an unknown destination. Warren was searching for his horses Saturday and Sunday, and has sworn out warrants for the arrest of the guilty parties. In the meantime it is recommended to all racing associations that the entries of these horses be refused. The horses Nonpartisan and Governor Fitz were purchased by Warren at Miami from Alex Carlson last winter, and the other two were bought prior to the opening of the Aurora meeting.
