LINING UP FEATURE RACES Jim Monroe, Rockingham Racing Secretary, Rapidly Completing Arrangements for Headlines SALEM, N. H., May 21. Jim Monroe, racing secretary at Rockingham Park, is rapidly completing arrangements for -the feature handicap races to be run here throughout the remainder of the meeting. Entries have already closed for the Harvard Handicap of May 29, a three-year-old event for an added purse of 2,500, and also for the Decoration Day Handicap, a mile and a sixteenth test for three-year-olds for a purse of 510,000 added. Today Monroe sent out his final call for nominations for the Hampton Cup Handicap, which will be run here on Saturday, June 1, to make that week one of the greatest in the history of the Rockingham track. The Hampton Cup Handicap will be for a purse of ,000 added and is open for three-" year-olds and over. It will be the third important handicap event of the week starting May 27, and it is expected that all records for attendance and "handle" will be shattered during the week.
