j LEXINGTON. TURF NOTES Trainer Cliff Porter will send Charles Bacharachs Southland Stable string from Tropical Park to Jamaica, and will come to Lexington to pick five or six horses from the ten Charles Denman has been training here all winter, which will be sent on to join the others at Jamaica. The remaining four or five will be taken later to Latonia to be raced by trainer Denman. The string here is at the Fair Ground trotting track, and is made up of Prince Charlo, Jewel, Glittering, Polly Whisk, All Sorts, Miss Disturb, Firm Hand and two two-year-olds by King Nadi, a brown colt from Omona, and a bay colt from Holkis.
