SUSPEND McC AFFRAY TRADERS NEW YORK, N. Y., April 3. Governors of the New York Curb Exchange announced Thursday that they had suspended Frank E. Snow, Eugene J. Mitchell and William J. Heaney of the brokerage firm of Walter P. McCaffray and Co. for a period of three years. Similar action was taken last week against Jerome T. Meighan, another partner of the firm, by the New York Stock Exchange.
