ORDER WITHDRAWALS SAN MATEO, Calif., April 3 Hauoli, favorite in Thursdays eighth race, injured his eye when he struck the starting gate while he lined up for that event and was ordered scratched by the stewards. Money which had been wagered on him was refunded. Interpreter reported to the paddock lame in the last race Tuesday and was ordered scratched by the stewards. Money wagered on the animal was refunded.
