CHARLES TOWN OFFICIALS CHARLES TOWN, W. Va., April 18. The West Virginia Racing Commission, the members of which are Leslie Combs H., Beverly Broune and Frank Brook, at a meeting held here yesterday approved the following officials for the summer meeting to be conducted at Charles Town: Kenneth Gilpin, steward; William Shea, racing secretary; Charles Baldwin, W. J. Shelby and William Shea, racing judges; W. J. Shelby, clerk of scales; William Dalley, A. R. Winters and Baily Boyd, patrol judges; J. C. Dalley, timer, and George Palmer, starter.
