1 NED REIGH IN FAST TRIAL 2 NEW YORK, N. Y., April 18. W. S. Kilmers leading candidate for the Wood Memorial and Kentucky Derby, was called upon for a mile trial at Belmont Park over the main track Saturday morning, and the colt, In company with the older North Wales II., turned in an impressive effort. Working closely lapped on each other, they finished out the eight furlongs in 1:42. Ned Reigh was well in hand all the way and, after negotiating the first four furlongs in :49, stepped the six furlongs in 1:16. Ned Reigh finished out easily and indicated that he is on edge for strenuous racing. Jack Whyte was fully satisfied with the trial and indicated that his charge would probably start in an overnight race before parading postward in the Wood Memorial.
