JOCKEYS APPLICATIONS 0. K. NEW YORK, N. Y April 18, At a meeting of the stewards of The Jockey Club held today, the following applications, previously laid on the table, were acted upon favorably. Jockeys: John Gilbert, T. Malley, George Seabo. Trainers: P. Bieber, A. G. Marchant, Thomas Quinlan and L. T. Ruff. A resolution was adopted that licenses may be issued to assistant trainers when they are so designated in the application.
