C. "Curly" i Brown in 1927 and 1928. In recent j I years he has acted as steward for the J j Province of Quebec Racing Associa- ! I tion on various tracks in Canada. He j has had experience in every position j j around a race track. It is said that J he will bring Ed Gallagher to Chi- i ! cago as his assistant. i
