t HAVRE DE GRAGE NOTES $ David Dallas ODell arrived at Pimlico with seven steeplechasers. The Pennsylvania sportsman plans to ride through the field at the Hilltop course. Rigan McKin-ney, prominent amateur rider, also intends to get into action over the fences. George H. Strate is sending James City, the property of F. S. Page, to Pimlico at the close of the present meeting, and the platers Rai-Hai and Dignitary, which race for Mrs. F. J. Heller. John T. Kermath will be in charge of the Bomar horses hereduring the absence of R. E. Potts, who will be at Churchill Downs preparing Grand Slam for the Kentucky Derby. Joseph S. Boyle, of the Southern Maryland Agricultural Association, was a spectator at Havre de Grace Thursday. Racing secretary Charles McLennan was informed by telephone that trainer R. A. Smith will ship Brookmeade Stables Psychic Bid from New York to fulfill his engagement in the Philadelphia Handicap at Havre de Grace on Saturday.
