ANOTHER TORONTO TRACK? TORONTO, Ont, April 24. It is understood that the board of control will consider Monday an application of a group of local horse owners to lease the track, grandstand and stables of the Canadian National Exhibition Grounds in Toronto for the purpose of staging a race meeting of two weeks duration in the month of July. Ryland H. New, H. C. Hatch and G. S. Hardy are reported to be the principals behind the plan to introduce a new racing venture in Toronto, and with the necessary charter available, it only remains for civic approval to be granted to launch ambitious plans for a summer meeting.
