I BELMONT PARK TURF NOTES f s Hrs. William H. Furst has engaged Bert Williams to train her horses and the latter will take charge of the stable next week. His resignation as trainer of the first division of the Calumet Farm Stable takes effect Saturday. Jockey J. Stout was fined 00 for attempting unfair tactics in the fourth race Wednesday astride Count Arthur, by order of the stewards, and severely reprimanded for his actions during the stretch run. B. F. Lindheimer, who is prominently connected with Washington Park, is a visitor. Frank J. Kearns will take over the main division of the Calumet Stable on Sunday. He will race his charges at Jamaiga and Empire City and will go to California for the winter. Jockey Anderson will accompany the shipment. A model in bronze of Cavalcade is being sculptured by Hazel Tine, one of Americas outstanding artists,, for the order of Mrs. Sloane, Cavalcades owner. E. R. Bradley received a cable from Steve Donoghue, prominent English jockey, in which he offers Beth Athal for sale. The horse is valued at 2,500.
