j LAUREL PARK TURF NOTES With the official close of entries for Saturday, horsemen departed for Eccleston, Md., to attend the yearling sale to be held by the Maryland Blood Stock Agency. A division of the Ascot Stable, in charge of Fred Kraft, were transferred to New York after the close of the meeting at Havre de Grace. M. C. Shea, who served as racing secretary during the four-day meeting that wa3 staged at Richmond, Va., joined the official family here. Shea will serve as one of the placing judges for the Maryland State Fair. Inc. Vincent Treanor, who will serve in the stewards stand with George Brown. Jr., and A. G. Weston, reported early Friday morning. It was learned here Friday that Phil Reu-ter has resigned as trainer for A. C. Rose and will confine himself to the horses owned by Eljvood Sachsenmaicr.
