1 fDUFFERIN PARK TURF N0TESf 4 Jockey G. Atkins was suspended for tho balance of the meeting for rough riding while astride Fire Reel in the second event. Jockey H. Osborne was fined 5 by the stewards for failure to ride out Big Fish at the finish of the sixth event. George Foisy purchased the plater Kibitzer from G. B. Foley at private terms. The Foisy stable, which includes the good homebred Logwood and Fidele, will be shipped to New Orleans at the close of the Dufferin Park meeting. S. Maciver purchased Raffle3 Problem from C. Gallagher at private terms and left him in charge of trainer H. Gallagher. Starter Thomas Clark went through the three Toronto meetings, Thorncliffe, Long Branch and Dufferin Park without the use of a schooling list. He has an outside list and places the bad actors on the outside in the various events. Jockey F. Dougherty departs for Narra-gensett at the conclusion of the Dufferin Park meeting to join the stable of J. Badame which was shipped from Long Branch to that point F. Tripp purchased the plater Gingery from Dr. C. N. Mooney and turned him over to trainer E. P. Rickard. J. H. Blacks Mindreader picked up a four-pound penalty for his . winning effort and shouldered 113 pounds in the running of the fourth event. F. H. Schelke plans to ship two of his stables to Narragansett following the close of Dufferin Park. Jockey F. Vallee will accompany the stable and do the riding at that point C. L. Jacques, Western Canada sportsman, plans to ship his stable headed by Joey to California following the Dufferin Park meeting. Frank Gilbert, radio announcer from Station CKTB, St. Catharines, purchased the juvenile Cave Boy for his son, Lyle Gilbert from G. B. Foley, who is disposing of his entire stable before departing for Maryland. W. T. Raines was fined 5 by the stewards for irregular practice for the best interests of the turf. W. T. Raines purchased the plater Justa Jane from GV B. Foley at private terms. Trainer A. Brent of the Erindale Stable has changed his plans of shipping to Narragansett and is leaving for Pimlico Sunday afternoon. J. R. Lebreche will ship his stable headed by the distance performer. Standout to Montreal and winter them at the Blue Bonnets course. W. G. Kelly, paddock and patrol judge, leaves for northeastern Ontario on a ten-day hunting trip following the close of the Dufferin Park meeting. Pat C. Galligher, presiding steward and racing secretary at the A. M. Orpen tracks, departed for Chicago to take up his duties at the Sportsmans Park meeting. Galligher has given great satisfaction to the Orpen interests and has accepted the same position for the 1937 season.
