Davison, Illinois turfman, is one of the largest down for winter campaigning. In the unit of the stable on the grounds are Pharosay, Lo, Show Boy, Pomparagon, March Step, Salaam, Repaid, Garden Message and Kieva. The stable of P. I Kelley arrived from Kecneland. It was the most important arrival of the past twenty-four hours and Includes Colonel Ed, Dark Zeni, Homer L., Fan-fern, Merry Caroline, Parawick, Gene Essa, Genial Manners, Lc Miserable, Justa Sheik and Sun X. Owner Kelley and Paul Guymon, the stable rider, are motoring from Lexington. Apprentice J. Gordon, under contract to A. G. Tarn will accept mounts here Monday, according to Judd Alt, agent for the Tarn stable. Gordon was one of the more successful riders of the Epsom Downs meeting just closed. A. R. Barrett with Flo X., Marchline, Dr. Stamford, Barney Keen and Grand Sweep was a recent arrival. The division of the Howard Oots stable here under, jtjqiner CJhars, Hpubrs,v com.- prises only four and they are Zarabi, Wild Play, Schuie and Lady Chiniquy. My Dainty, good Porto Drapcau filly in the Waggoner Brothers Three Ds Stock Farm, is in foal to Liberty Limited and will be retired for the season, possibly permanently, according to Jack Pryce, trainer for the Waggoners. She was an overnight entry in Saturdays feature, but did not start. Lonesome Pine, Riposo, Sol Hawk, My-turn and Yancey are among the horses which Gardener has, here.t j tu, i j
