Bert Michell, trainer for Mrs. Emil Denemark, who was suspended indefinitely by the Florida Racing Commission, due. to the alleged stimulation of the horse All Round, has started for Miami and will apply to the Florida solons for a hearing as soon as possible, Dan Chappell, his attorney, announced. "We will ask the Florida Racing Commission for a hearing on the case," the Miami attorney said. "I am a close personal friend of Bert Michell and the whole thing does not seem right to me."
