HERB LAUCH REINSTATED BOWIE, Md., April 10. Jockey Herb Lauch has been reinstated by the Maryland Racing Commission after a suspension of almost one year. The lad plans to resume riding at Havre de Grace. Lauch is affiliated with the W. F. Hitt stable which is trained by Tommy Rodrock.
