HUES FOR COMING DERBYS DERBYSLatonia Latonia and American Derby Candi ¬ dates in Morning Workouts Over Washington Park Course HOMEWOOD 111 June 1 Sparkling trials by Mrs Wm H Fursts Over the Top and Gerald and slower less testing moves by Mrs Ethel V Mars Reaping Reward and Case Ace made up the principal training on the part of the Latonia and American Derby candidates here at Washington Park this morning morningOver Over the Top worked a mile over a fast track in 140 handily while his stable mate confined to seven furlongs went the distance in 131 breezing Reaping Reward and Case Ace breezed fiveeighths each in 104 104Trainer Trainer E L Snyder obliged B B Wil ¬ liams conditioner of the Furst stable by providing Some Boy as a workout com ¬ panion for Over the Top and while Some Boy did not keep up with the Furst horse he accomplished his purpose He was timed in 141 and was under light pressure dur ¬ ing the final quarter The Mars pair may be put through stiff er trials tomorrow
