BAY MEADOWS FAtt STAKES Seventeen Features Headed by 10000 Worlds Pair Handicap HandicapAnnounced Announced by William P Kyne SAN MATED Calif June 1 General manager William P Kyne made the an ¬ nouncement today that there would be sev ¬ enteen stakes on the calendar for decision at the Bay Meadows fall meeting of which the Worlds Fair Handicap with an added value of 10000 will be the headliner It will be second renewal of the race and will undoubtedly attract some of the outstanding distance performers from the East EastThe The race will be for threeyearolds and older and will test their speed and stamina over the one mile and oneeighth route The 5000 Homebred Stakes is another that will be renewed This will engage twoyearolds bred in California Another important fix ¬ ture which will have place among the fea ¬ tures will be the Burlingame Handicap car ¬ rying an added value of 5000 5000Mr Mr Kyne who will visit Saratoga during the sale of yearlings will contact the vari ¬ ous breeders in an endeavor to lure them to subscribe to the Futurity for twoyear olds and which should approximate close to 20000 in subscriptions and starting fees feesIn In all there will be approximately 50000 given in stakes money during the fall meet ¬ ing which is the most elaborate program ever assumed by Mr Kyne and his assist ¬ ants at Bay Meadows In races where the starters are entered for 1500 or more there will be no purse less than 800
