1 0AKLAWN PARK TURF NOTES s s John H. Hazza, owner of the Rocky Mountain Polo Pony Ranch, which raced a string of thoroughbreds at Oaklawn Park throughout the recent season, left for his home in Calgary, Sunday, and trainer George Hurst will transfer the horses to Aurora, 111., in about a week. According to E. L. Farris, secretary of the Arkansas State Racing Commission, a new high handle was established during the thirty days of sport, enriching the states treasury to the tune of 23,000 through the mutuel play and other fees exacted.
