SUSPEND TRAINER J. J. BAUER . MIAMI, Fla., April 8. Upon tho report of ; Dr. J. G. Catlctt, veterinarian appointed by the Florida State Racing Commission, that tho chemical analysis of the saliva of Blue ! Cyclone, taken after the conclusion" of the ! eighth race on April 5, 1938, showed a violation of Rule 305 of tho Florida State Rules 1 of Racing. J. J. Bauer, trainer of Blue Cyclone, is ordered suspended, as well as all horses trained by him, and the case case referred to tho Florida State Racing Commission.
