CANCEL WOODSON STALLS LOUISVILLE, Ky., April 8. B. P. Woodson, of Temple, Texas, sent word cancelling the stalls he reserved at Churchill Downs. Woodson decided to pass up the local meeting when his star sprinter, Leading Article, sustained a quarter-crack at Oaklawn. Woodson wrote that the horse would have to be rested fully two months, but he requested accommodations for Lincoln Fields. Woodson made Lincoln Fields reservations for Leading Article, Royal Palace and a horse he hopes to acquire before that meeting begins.
