1 BEULAH PARK TURF NOTES " s 1 William V. Thraves, of Lexington, Ky., plans to race eleven horses at Beulah Parks spring meeting, May 4 to 30, inclusive. Thraves string, which races under the name of the Longridge Stable, includes the good Butter Beans, winner of both the Inaugural and Au Revoir Handicaps at Beulah last fall. Various improvements are being made at the Fairfield County Fair Grounds race track at Lancaster, Ohio, where a meeting will be held June 25 to July 4, inclusive. Workmen, painters and carpenters are busy at the plant daily, Wilbur Kilburger, sports editor of the Lancaster Eagle-Gazette, reports. Thomas C. Bradley is vacationing at his home in Louisville, Ky., before assuming his duties as presiding steward here about May 1.
